Organization

The Mt. Diablo Surveyors Historical Society was founded in October 1990. The society is a California Non-Profit Public Benefit Corporation, incorporated on April 2, 1991 and organized under IRS 501(c) (3) guidelines. The Society is governed by a Board of Directors pursuant to Articles of Incorporation in accordance with Society Bylaws adopted on October 2, 1991.

The Mount Diablo Surveyors Historical Society Board of Directors shall consist of a Chairman, Vice Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer and Historian.
